Parts Clerk

Job responsibilities include:

•Servicing parts counter to fill customer orders and to determine their needs.

•Assist with ordering and stocking parts from supply vendors.

•Ship and receive parts orders.

•Maintain organization of parts storage to ensure accuracy of inventory.

•Perform teleselling of seasonal parts promotions as required

•Implement suggestive selling of frequently used parts and supplies.

•Develop customer loyalty through order performance and ongoing contact.

•Continuous training on product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

•Parts retail experience in equipment industry or related field.

•Must have experience with Ideal & Quickbooks POS inventory software.

•High school diploma or greater educational background.

•Valid driver's license in good standing.

•Persistent work ethic and motivation with capacity to effectively organize priorities.

•Confident demeanor and ability to communicate and connect with varied personalities.

•Capacity to understand and convey technical information.

•Background & Credit check are required for this position.


Compensation and Benefits:
•Hourly wage. (neg) $10.50-$15.00
